PRE-ORDER - Posted beginning of October

Produced on high quality, textured Italian paper, each print has been hand-printed in our workshop by Kindra with a stylised silhouette of an eighteenth-century genteel shepherdess, designed by Kindra from an original painting.

The background features an eighteenth-century border and a short verse from The Queen's Wake by James Hogg, known as the Ettrick Shepherd. Hogg was a famous Scottish poet at the beginning of the 19th century and became a Scottish Freemason in his later years at Lodge Canongate Kilwinning No.2, serving as their Poet-Laureate after Robert Burns. His son founded A.Lewis, later to become Lewis Masonic.

All proceeds from the sale of this print and any additional donations will go toward's Kindra's fundraising efforts and split equally between the Freemasons' Drive for the London Air Ambulance and Stationers' Hall Charity. You can read more about 'Kitty Bo-Peep', Kindra's costumed fundraiser here - Kitty Bo-Peep's Costumed Sheepdrive.

These will only be produced in conjunction with the fundraiser and each will be numbered and signed.

Pricing - rather than having a set amount, the basic price to hopefully ensure this artistic work can be enjoyed by everyone. For those who can and want to pay more - thank you very much! 100% of what what we receive will go directly to the charities (split 50/50).

*PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE HAND PRINTED SHEPHERDESS DESIGN EACH PRINT WILL DIFFER*

"Why I chose the Stationers' Foundation:

Education has been important to the Stationers' Company for hundreds of years, from the early apprenticeship indentures of the 16th century to the work we do today. The Foundation provides primary-aged children with Saturday schools and provides financial and practical support to young people through bursaries, scholarships, and mentoring. It also supports public access to our archives and heritage. In today's economic climate there's a growing need for this support to help children and young people reach their potential and the Stationers' are committed to assisting where they can in their relevant industries.

Why I chose London's Air Ambulance:

London's Air Ambulance are 'Up Against Time' to raise money to replace their current helicopters, which need to be retired soon. Entirely funded by donations, they provide a vital service and the new helicopters will allow paramedics, equipment and consultants to reach the most critical cases in just eleven minutes, saving precious moments that can mean the difference between life and death."
